    We will have many questions, and it is best to speak with an old-fashioned meat specialist. 

  • Should I order ahead of time for holidays?

    Absolutely!! One month is ideal so we can be prepared. We will do our best to accommodate orders taken later. 

  • How do I order for the holidays?

    Stop on in or call us.

  • How do I get a specialty cut?

    Please just ask! Order ahead of time.


    If it is bone-in, we need to cut it prior to 3:00 pm during the week and 1:00 pm on Saturday. 

  • How do I order a chicken breast?

    Our chicken breasts come whole, which equals two (halves). Generally, this is enough for two people. Available in bone-in, boneless (skin on), and boneless/skinless. 


    For a family of four, you would want two whole breasts.
