Just meat and spices. 

No fillers. No junk. Just pure ingredients. 



All are gluten free except Irish Bangers (Cracker Crumbs) & Blood Sausage (Bread Crumbs).

We use original recipes for the Irish Bangers and Blood sausage from the old country so we do not want to change their ingredients).

Please note that they are made last so there is no cross contamination.

If you have a specific allergen/dietary restriction please just ask and we can make it special for you in 10lb batches and can be packaged anyway you wish.
